About Dr. Kamran Massoumi

Dr. Kamran Massoumi is a renowned ophthalmologist and the visionary leader behind the Oklahoma Eye Institute and Omni Surgical Center in Lawton, Oklahoma. Born in 1967 in Tehran, Iran, he hails from a family deeply embedded in the political and medical spheres. His paternal grandfather was a high-ranking political figure and military officer under the Shah’s regime. In contrast, his maternal grandfather was a pioneering ophthalmologist who founded Iran’s first ophthalmology department.
